I have to agree with supersub be very careful who you choose there are a lot of sharks and fakes just waiting to relieve you of your hard earned money. I am sure that there are many reputable ladies in that area who will do you justice.
Has anyone got any recommendations for ladies in that area. I can only think of Ophelia and mooma down there. Are here are others?

Found it a bit difficult to find a lady disciplinarian who can do it. Apart from whipping its the only other aspect of CP I have yet to try. Would like her to wear a gym/pleated school style skirt with stockings.
It is to be a severe punishment. I am based in East Sussex but would travel to do it with the right lady.

Apologies for answering your first post with a word of warning.
When you say you will pay expenses to anyone for CP, go careful.
There are many professionals who are very experienced who can provide this service in a safe controlled manner , lady's and gents who can provide excellent references, easy to read their reviews on various sites, but to be prepared to pay anyone especially when restraints are involved !!!! Tread carefully. Play safe.

Have many implements available. Can accommodate Sussex/Kent border for lighter punishments but for more severe would have to visit you and go over spanking bench to be restrained.
